Is this PDF editor really free?

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Your PDF is opened and edited entirely inside your own browser using JavaScript libraries (pdf.js and pdf-lib). The file never leaves your device, so the tool is safe for contracts, ID documents, bank statements and other private paperwork.
Can I change the text that is already inside my PDF?
Not directly. This editor adds new text, images and signatures on top of a page, and the Whiteout tool can cover existing content so you can write over it — but it cannot rewrite or reflow the PDF's original embedded text. For heavy document rewriting, a desktop word processor is a better fit.
How do I add my signature to a PDF?
Open your PDF, click a page to select it, then press Add Signature. Draw your signature in the pad with your mouse or finger, press Use Signature, and the signature appears on the page — drag it into place and use the size slider to resize it before downloading.
What happens when I rotate or delete a page?
Rotating turns the selected page 90 degrees and carries its placed elements along. Deleting removes the page from the file. Both are applied permanently when you press Download Edited PDF — the downloaded file is rebuilt with only the pages you kept, in order.
