1. Client-side file processing & zero server storage

MakeHumanAI provides photo resizing, digital signature compression, PDF optimization, HEIC-to-JPG conversion and signature background removal tools designed strictly around a privacy-first client-side architecture:

• All file processing operations execute locally in your web browser memory using JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas APIs.
• Your uploaded images, photos, signatures and PDF documents are never uploaded to, transmitted across, or stored on any server.
• Closing or refreshing your browser tab immediately destroys all temporary processing memory.
• We operate no user accounts and maintain no database of visitor files, because your files never reach us in the first place.

2. Information we do collect

Because our tools run locally, the personal documents you process are never collected by us. Like almost every website, however, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical information when you visit, described in the Log Files section below. If you contact us through the Contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to provide, solely so we can read and respond to your inquiry.

3. Log files

MakeHumanAI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Cookies

MakeHumanAI itself does not set cookies to track you across the internet. Cookies on this site come from two sources: (a) essential technical cookies, if any, set by our hosting or security infrastructure so the site loads correctly; and (b) advertising cookies set by Google and its partners, described in the next section. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings; the tools on this site will continue to work, because they do not depend on cookies.

5. Google advertising, AdSense & the DoubleClick DART cookie

Google is a third-party vendor on our site and serves advertisements through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to makehumanai.com and other sites on the internet. 8. Children's information (COPPA)

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. MakeHumanAI does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
