What we check
- Your photo — 600×600 px JPEG under 240KB, taken within the last 6 months, plain light background, no glasses, correct head size and position.
- Your name — entered exactly as it appears in your passport.
- Your date of birth — complete and in the official format.
- Your spouse — listed correctly.
- Every child under 21 — all of them listed, including stepchildren, adopted children, and children who will not immigrate with you. Leaving one out means disqualification.
- Your country of eligibility — based on your country of birth, not where you live now; if your birth country is ineligible, we check derivative eligibility through a spouse or a parent.
- Education / work basics — the eligibility basics are present.
- One entry only — a single entry per person; duplicate entries disqualify everyone involved.
- DV-2027's reported new requirements — a $1 entry fee and a passport scan (reported; confirm on the official site), so nothing catches you by surprise.

We guarantee that your delivered file meets the published technical specifications for your application: the dimensions, format, background and exact file size the official rules require. Final acceptance of any application is always the government portal's own decision, and no service can promise an application outcome. If a portal rejects your file for a technical photo-spec reason, send us the rejection message and we will re-fix it free of charge. One more thing, because it matters: we only prepare your photo. We do not submit entries or applications for you, and nobody — including us — can increase your chances in the DV Lottery. Entry is free and is done by you on the official site, dvprogram.state.gov.
Your privacy
Unlike our tools, this service works by email, so your photo does reach us. We use it only to prepare your order — it is never shared, sold, published or used for anything else — and it is deleted within 7 days of delivery. If you would rather your photo never leaves your device, our free tools do the same checks entirely in your browser.

How do I pay?
We accept payment via Payoneer — after you approve the free preview we send you a secure Payoneer payment request, and you can pay by card or bank without a Payoneer account. Companies and bulk orders can also pay by local bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD); we share the matching transfer details with your order confirmation. No payment is needed to start your order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from your order email. The final file is emailed to you as soon as your Payoneer payment is received after the preview.
What photo should I send?
Send a recent, clear photo taken facing the camera against a plain, light-coloured wall, with no glasses, hat, filters or shadows on your face. Send the original full-size file from your phone or camera — not a screenshot and not an already-compressed copy — so we have the best quality to work with.
What if the portal rejects my photo?
We guarantee the delivered file meets the published technical specifications, and every order includes unlimited revisions until it does. If a government portal rejects the file for a technical photo-spec reason, send us the rejection message and we will re-fix it free of charge. Final acceptance is always the portal's own decision.
What is your refund policy?
You pay nothing until you approve the free preview, so most orders never need a refund. If we cannot prepare your photo to the official specifications, you pay nothing at all. If a delivered file is rejected by a portal for a technical photo-spec reason and we cannot fix it, we refund that order in full. Entry Review reports are refunded if we cannot complete the audit. Refunds go back through the same payment method you paid with.
Do you submit my DV entry for me?
No — and that is safer for you. Entries can only be submitted on the official site, dvprogram.state.gov, and only by you. Your confirmation number is the only way to check your result later, and it must stay with you. We check everything before you submit, then you enter it yourself on the official site with our report beside you.
Can you guarantee I will be selected?
No — nobody can. Selection is a random draw run by the US Government, and any service that guarantees selection is not being honest with you. What we can do is make sure a fixable mistake — a wrong photo, a missing child, a duplicate entry — does not disqualify you before the draw even happens.
What do I send for an Entry Review?
Email the details exactly as you plan to type them into the official form — your name as in your passport, date of birth, country of birth, spouse and children details, and the photo you plan to upload — to info@makehumanai.com. Do NOT send a passport scan or any passwords; we never need them. You receive a written report within 24–48 hours listing every problem we find and exactly how to fix it.
