1. No official affiliation

MakeHumanAI is an independent web application provider and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government agency, passport issuing authority, embassy, consulate, immigration service, or educational institution. Names of applications, portals and document types mentioned on this website (such as US visa, DV Lottery, Schengen visa or UK passport) are used purely to describe the purposes our tools can help prepare files for; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. 2. User verification & responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify that resized photographs, signature images, and PDF documents meet the exact aspect ratios, dimensions, file-size limits and clarity required by their target portal before submission. Requirements published by authorities change over time and may differ from the commonly published values our tools and presets are based on. Always confirm the current requirement in the official advertisement, portal instructions or government guidance for your specific application, and inspect the final file yourself before you submit it.

3. No guarantee of acceptance

Our tools prepare files to the best commonly documented technical specifications, but acceptance of any application, photograph, signature or document is decided solely by the receiving authority. MakeHumanAI cannot and does not guarantee that a file prepared with our tools will be accepted, and we are not liable for application rejections, delays, or missed deadlines, as further set out in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Accuracy of information & external links

We work to keep the guidance on this website accurate and current, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability or suitability of the information provided.
